Absolutely delicious potato chips… They have a unique beef flavor, the ideal amount of salt and a good crunch. I also appreciate that the bag is almost filled to the top unlike other chip bags. I feel good about eating these chips because of the ingredients and micro plastic- free sea salt is a cool touch. I’ll definitely be buying again.

I really enjoyed the flavor and texture of these chips, crispy and not greasy.I certainly wish they weren’t so expensive as I could 💯 percent eat these on a regular basis! 🥰

Good as an occasional treat, but too expensive for a routine snack. The chips are of high quality: light (not brown); not wrinkled or folded over; thicker than Lays or Cape Cod; not too salty; chips are whole, unbroken slices. However despite the high quality of Rosie’s Chips, they’re simply way too expensive to eat regularly.

Because the chips are fried in beef, tallow and seasoned simply with sea salt and potatoes their taste feels more natural, less processed yet maintained a crispy flavor without the taste of grease.Only downsize is the cost and availability. It’s sold in small batch batches, making it hard to find . The 2- 5ounce bags I received went quickly.

Ok, for a long time i avoided eating potatoes chips because i though they were making me fat/sick. Well, i was wrong all this time listening to those stories. I order this one like, what more can happen, another disappointment. Well, i was wrong again lol. This is so far the best chips ever. Doesn`t make me sick at all. The very first time i bought it, i eat 4 bags, believe it or not. I felt no sickness in my stomach or anything like it. Every time i eat other chips, i feel like i wanna sleep after 30 min. I figured it was the seed oils they were fried in it. These chips are greasy like a mother....r but it doesn`t bother me at all. The only thing that could be little better is that they can put little bit less salt. It is too salty in my opinion. I know its hard to please everyone but they should make unsalted version and i can salted on my own. Just saying lol. All in all, 9 out of 10, so delicious.Update after few buys:I already said that the cips is little too salty. Well, after few buys i noticed that every batch is different, so it`s all good for me. Again, this is such a great snack that is easy on the gut. Can`t say good enough about it. I know everybody is different and not everybody likes it but i do. First i ordered 5 then 8 and right after i started with 24 bags buy lol.December 15 2025 update.I tried over 10 other chops from different companies and not a 1 is close to Rosies chips. I really have nothing from promoting these guys, i am just saying the truth. The thickest, the crispiest, the freshest, the best value for the money,SIMPLY THE BEST. I read some comments that people dont like and i understand, everybody has different taste. For me, this one was the best by miles, from the first bite. Just saying.

These chips are great - always looking for anything without seed oils especially snacks! They have an awesome crisp and taste. Highly recommend. I also love supporting small businesses with a story. OK, let’s get Smart. We have lost our affection for things cooked, in beef tallow.. I ordered these chips and loved the packaging opened the bag started eating the chips and they kinda left a different taste in my mouth. Something I haven’t tasted for a long time. I’m now in my third bag and I gotta tell you the crisp crunch of the chip is awesome. There is a difference in the taste profile, but we should start eating beef tallow versus seed oil. I’m placing another order and going to serve this weekend. Probably with ranch dip.

What a hit!!! If you are concerned with seed oils and want a great alternative to regular chips, Tallow Chips are the answer! Very crunchy, not oily and safe for our bodies. it's a 10!!!
