    What Makes Sertodo Special To Us

    Sertodo Copper was founded by Jonathan Beall, whose journey began in 1997 selling handcrafted copper throughout the United States from the back of his truck, affectionately named El Macho. His path led him to Santa Clara del Cobre in the Sierra Madre Occidental of Michoacán, where he apprenticed for two years under Maestro Maximo and Maestro Chema, learning a copper-working tradition that spans more than 1,000 years.

    After completing his apprenticeship, Jonathan partnered with Maximo’s eldest son, Martin, to build a workshop rooted in respect for craft, family, and heritage. What started as a simple dirt-floor, two-person space has grown into a thriving copper studio — but the commitment to traditional craftsmanship, integrity, and community remains unchanged.

    Perfect size especially for children. Health benefits are great for copper.Cleaning is easy - salt on a lemmon and rub it - one cup takes about one minute to bring back the shine. Highly recommend.

    Decent glass, high maintenance not quite as heavy duty as I’d like as other brands I’ve purchased

    I would like to give it 3 1/2 stars just because I ordered two different brands of copper cups and the other ones are superior in every way these are a decent thickness, solid copper. I’ve been using them for one day now and I’m noticing black spot starting to form from water being on them very quickly and it’s not easy to take off if you can imagine inside the cup without chemicals and or abrasive sponges, etc.The other brand I purchased are smaller, but they’re thicker heavier duty, and feel solid in your hand. I’ve been using them for about a month now and no black spots. Water spots come off easily with a microfiber towel and I can’t tell if any tarnishing whatsoever or water spots. I’m not sure if it’s a different grade of copper but for the price I’m not understanding why these are tarnishing so fast compared to these others which haven’t shown any signs of tarnishing.The third picture is a prince of Scott’s glass that I bought and have been using for a month straight I did not get any free products for this review. I paid for them myself. I don’t mean to compare the two brands but the other ones are superior. I’ve only wiped them with a microfiber towel. Well, the larger ones I’ve used brushes, mild soap, and I really don’t want to use a metal polish, but it seems like it’s gonna be the only way I can get these to stay consistently clean

    SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED 😞

    GREAT CRAFTMANSHIP & QUALITY. HOWEVER, IT DISCOLORED AFTER I put water in it, set it down and got called away to the door for like 15 min. Came back and it funny inside so I dumped water out & it looked like this 😢😠 Soooo disappointed. Returning. ❤️ the story behind the product though! I was shocked how quickly it tarnished. 😢

    This is a genuine, uncoated copper cup for drinking the best tasting water from it

    Besides loving to drink the tasty, cold water from this 25oz cup, I'm impressed with the beautiful, gleaming, hammered extrrior of this uncoated copper cup. The water, drunk from the copper cup, offers many holistic benefits for our bodiesIts the "real thing". I bought one for my sister last week...She's equally impressed!!

    Copper is needed

    I purchased it cause copper is very much needed for the hair. In many cases one’s hair does not turn grey in a minute but over time. Despite that I really like the thickness of the cup and I put hot or cold drinks in it. It’s medicinal.

    This is the best copper cup I've ever purchased, the quality of the cup, is incredible, everytime you hold it in your hand it feels like no other. The only problem I have is that, it doesn't come in a larger size, I have to refill it multiple times at one setting

    I have been looking for a pure copper, larger cup that's simple, beautiful and affordable. This one is a work of art, and I'm so happy to have found the Sertodo copper company. The video was impressive, and the cup was Perfect, packed very well and arrived quickly. I read that 85% of people in this country have a copper deficiency, which makes this purchase a healthy one.
